Quick And Easy Croque Monsieur Recipe #Shorts

Today we make this quick and easy French classic, the Croque Monsieur! Which literally translates to "Mr Crunchy". This is a baked ham and cheese sandwich with layers of lovely béchamel sauce to really make it something special!

For the béchamel sauce:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt & pepper to taste
(optional) 1 teaspoon mustard

For the Croque Monsieur sandwich:
4 slices toasted bread
ham & cheese of your choice.
