In this episode of spiritual intelligence we are learning about the ascension spiral. We are following up on our episode from last week on the four bodies of consciousness and seeing how these also make up the four levels of inner healing we move through, or "spiral through". The Gross, Subtle, Causal and Great-Causal levels. This requires many forms of healing like shadow work, breathwork, self-inquiry and forgiveness.
