It can be practiced for about 40 minutes at a moderate pace three days a week. As your body gets used to the activity, increase the pace and intensity of the walk. This is the first way to eliminate the fanny pack.
2 JUMPING
It may sound like child's play when we talk about skipping rope, but the exercise helps a lot in eliminating the famous fanny pack. The activity strengthens the leg muscles and puts the abdomen to work with the impulsion of the jump, besides helping to eliminate unwanted localized fat.
The exercise should be performed for up to 15 minutes to burn around 300 calories. I recommend that you jump rope every day for at least 15 minutes. As I said, if you want to eliminate the pouch as soon as possible, you'll have to make an effort, but you can be sure that it's worth it!
3 PRACTICE YOGA
Yoga movements are excellent to minimize that swelling and combat the retention of liquid, improving blood circulation and stretching the muscles.
Also, reduce salty and processed foods and try foods rich in potassium, such as bananas and spinach.
Another tip to minimize this bulge is to chew properly during meals, without distraction.
