Another way to cut excess weight is to keep your sodium and potassium levels up. To do this, I recommend you cut down on processed foods, which tend to have high levels of sodium, and avoid too much salt in any food on your plate. "Combine this low-salt strategy with high consumption of foods rich in potassium, such as salmon and spinach, and you will lose weight throughout the week.
