Nail-biting CCTV footage shows a railway policeman pulling a passenger up off the railway track a second before an incoming train entered Thane station, in Maharashtra, India.

The incident occurred at 7.47am today (12).

The passenger would have been crushed under the wheels of the train if the policeman had not put his own life at risk to intervene, onlookers said.
