Yesterday, Rep. John Moolenaar (R-MI) used our findings to grill the Acting Director of NIH Lawrence Tabak in a congressional appropriations hearing. (Tabak took over from Francis Collins who retired.)

Dr. Tabak confessed that the hundreds of millions of dollars in royalties have "the appearance of conflict of interest."
