Knowing how to love yourself can unlock the pathway to future happiness and joy. The way we feel about ourselves affects every interaction we have and every decision we make. In today's day and age, we work so hard and have such high expectations that it's easy to fall into the rut of self-criticism, and never self-congratulating. This can spiral downwards into a slippery slope that is very hard to climb back from and as a result our well-being suffers immensely.
