Welcome! In today's video, we share our weekly grocery haul. We go over each item and talk about why and how we use each one in our home. We encourage everyone to start taking inventory and thinking about your food that you eat and how you can start growing for yourself. We also discuss some of the top recommended foods for fighting cancer and improving thyroid health: cantaloupe, pomegranates, carrot/apple juice, greens, berries, and walnuts. You can always add to that, a large glass of "sun water".(see my video on thyroid health) and getting out in the morning and evening sun for a walk if possible. Another huge aspect of health is limiting or learning to maintain your stress levels this can play a major factor in your long term health.
