In this meditation, we'll explore this concept and learn one way of taking ownership over the pain and use a simple tool to start the healing process and alleviate your pain.

Much of the time, pain is a message from the body, if only we stop and listen. Bottled up feelings and emotions, or unresolved issues can manifest as physical pain, particularly when we ignore them and try not to deal with them.

Try this meditation every day for a few weeks and notice how your attitude towards your pain shifts and how you can start to dull and heal the aching you feel.

As always, be patient with yourself and non-judgmental, healing is a process that takes time, especially if your condition is one that you have had for months or even years.

No prior knowledge or experience of meditation is required, simply lie back, and follow along.
