20 and 36 Arverne | Part One | Walkthrough with Fuquan

In this episode, Fuquan starts renovations on another 2 properties as part of the Arverne Package.

We see the first property prior to renovation with interior damage and finally moving into phase 1 with completed interior demo and reframing.

The second property starts off needing interior gutting, electrical upgrades, and exterior masonry work, and we see the progress into phase 1 with a gutted interior.

Fuquan also talks a bit about the process of doing tax lien investing. Remember to get an affidavit once you’ve paid the taxes on a property so that you can earn interest on the money you’ve paid.
