When you own real property you have risk. Part of that risk is a storm, fire, plumbing breaks, etc. So most people protect themselves with insurance. But insurance isn't what it used to be and if you dont really fight for your payout then you will lose out. Big time. Its not hard to fight, its just time consuming and a bit frustrating if you dont know what you need to know.
