how feminism in the education system has ruined my mental health

Because of this mindset that men and women are equal, as in the exact SAME, teachers have been using curriculum and teaching styles that don't invoke positive reactions from teenage girls. I was watching something and the person said: feminine energy responds to praise while masculine energy responds to challenge and competition. It just clicked, the reason why EVERYONE is depressed in my grade is because they've been challenging us, thinking it'll elicit a positive response when it just destroyed our mental health & confidence.
