BSC Exclusive Episode With Special VIP Guests, Nish Patel & Heath Hill!

Nish and Heath was down at 906 Cocktails and Cigars in Fort Smith for a cigar event. We have become great friends over the years and love their cigar offerings. We all decided to do an episode on BSC and enjoy their time while they were in town. Hope you all enjoy this special guest episode and the Knob 12yr was awesome!! **Additional info/clarification on bourbon: Tennessee Whiskey is charcoal filtered before it is placed in the barrels to age. Most bourbons - in fact Booker's bourbon is the only exception - are filtered after aging and before bottling with activated charcoal. That is the difference in Kentucky Bourbon and Tennessee Whiskey(JD), also the charcoal that JD uses is maple which adds to the flavor process. However there is no specific requirement that bourbon has to come from Kentucky itself, but it is required to be made in America to be considered bourbon! All Bourbon is Whiskey but not all Whiskey is bourbon. Bourbon is minimum of 51% corn mash, Must be distilled at 160 proof or less, must be barreled at 125 proof or less, and must be aged in new charred white oak barrel.
