Is your mind always full of thoughts or you find yourself thinking the same thought over and over again? Then this meditation could help you.

We've all experienced a time in life when we've dwelled on something, a big decision, a life change or something that has really affected us emotionally. It's normal to have times like this. But often, this can form into a pattern of habitual thinking that can be harmful to us. Over-thinking is often associated with anxiety, which then causes stress and leads to physical manifestations of stress such as increased heart rate, shallow breathing or tightness across the chest.

Finding a way to unlearn this pattern can be very helpful in finding a happier state of being and a better sense of well-being physically as well as emotionally.

It will take time and practice, so go easy on yourself and have patience. Try this meditation every day for a few weeks and notice how you start to gain a better understanding over how you work and how to manage your mind when it gets noisy.

No prior knowledge or experience of meditation is required, simply lie back, and follow along.
