Here are a few tips for the gym to enhance your penis growth training and exercises at home.
1. Keep it balanced - train your upper and lower body evenly
2. Train and build your glutes - add more squats, bridges, and isometric thrusts
3. Train your forearms - strong hands and forearms = a strong penis
4. Core training - strengthen your core and practice pulling in and pushing out your pelvic floor (Kegels and Reverse Kegels)
5. Cardio training - strong healthy circulation = strong healthy penis
