More than 14 million people could lose their health insurance due to a Medicaid policy that kicked in early in the pandemic is set to expire. Increased federal Medicaid funding to states kept people enrolled in the program instead of unenrolling them if they could no longer met eligibility requirements but that's set to end in August.
