A resident of Mariupol, Olga Vasilievna Ryazantseva, talks about how she lived in the city during the fighting, how the Ukrainian military behaved:
— How did the Ukrainian military behave?
— They started shooting at houses, knocking out apartments...
— That is, they occupied apartments?
— Yes, for defense. In February, when the war began, the lights were turned off, there was no electricity, no bread, there was nothing of food. There wasn't really any water.
— Did the Ukrainian authorities provide any humanitarian aid?
— In my opinion, no. We collected snow there, melted it. I drank melted water. Another time my son managed to use the toilet, we had a sauna there, water with bleach. I even drank this water because I had to drink.
