5 locomotives in 30 days part 30 scratch building fans on day 18

Time is short and we must scratch build some dynamic brake fans and radiator fans. Using the 3D printer, lasercutter and some skills with inkscape and 123D we must make fans. This is day 18 and the pressure is on.
