Mysterious Anvil - No Maker - No Marks - Blue Paint - Yellow Paint - Must have been Lawn Art

A friend dropped this anvil off to me and I have no idea who makes it. It was probably 200lb yard art there is so much paint on it. So today I'm going to wire brush grind it and see if I could find any makers marks...
