How to make pizza with ham, mushrooms & potatoes

Let's try making this delicious mountain pizza with mushrooms, potatoes, ham and delicious melt-in-your-mouth cheese!

Ingredients:
350 grams of white flour
200 ml of milk
50 grams of extra virgin olive oil
8 grams of salt
8 grams of instant yeast for savory preparations
1 teaspoon of sugar
100 grams of cooked ham
1 large potato
100 grams of mushrooms (in oil or dried)
100 grams of cheese (cheddar or edamer)
extra virgin olive oil
oregano

STEPS:
Peel a large potato (or 2 small ones)
Cut it into small cubes of this size
Boil the potatoes for 5 minutes
In a bowl pour 350 grams of white flour, 8 grams of salt and a teaspoon of sugar
Add 200 ml of milk
Add 50 grams of extra virgin olive oil
Finally add 8 grams of instant yeast for savory preparations
Knead until you get a smooth dough like this
Roll out on a baking sheet lined with baking paper
Season the pizza with mushrooms (I used the dried ones but you can use your favorites)
Add the boiled potatoes
Add the ham
And finally add the cheese (I used edamer but you can use whatever you prefer, mozzarella, cheddar ...)
Sprinkle with oregano
And finally, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes (my cat is in the background, sorry)
