It’s nearly three weeks into the Ukraine war and the Kremlin is insisting that its so-called "special military operation" is going to plan.

But some in Moscow admit the campaign was not progressing as quickly as the Kremlin had wanted.

The United States has said the invasion has pretty much stalled.
