Activists 'turn up the crazy' at pro-abortion rally

Activists are turning up "the crazy" amid the prospect of Roe v Wade being overturned, says Rita Panahi.
Ms Panahi said the issue has been sending some of the "lunatic left extra crazy".
She said "insanity" and "vile" scenes has been seen among the crowds of activists in America.
