In this video I show you my go-to recipe and method for my light, fluffy pancakes that can certainly compete with IHOP or Denny's! The "secret" is using soft white wheat flour and buttermilk (*a note about buttermilk* If you make your own buttermilk, use cultured buttermilk not the buttermilk left over from making butter).
