PMTA deadline of September 9th 2021 is right around the corner and so is the temporary market authorization for the products which submitted an application to the FDA. But as of yet no products have been granted a marketing order. This means come September 10th, if nothing happens from the court or the FDA all ENDS products in the United States will become illegal for sale.
