SMALL FACES, "THIN SOLDIER" (1967)

SMALL FACES was an English blues-psychedelic rock band, founded in 1965 by Steve Marriott (vocals, guitar), Ronnie Lane (bass), Kenny Jones (drums) and Jimmy Winston (keyboards). In 1966 Winston was replaced by keyboardist Ian McLagan. Initially influenced by American rhythm & blues, the band is remembered as one of the most acclaimed and influential mod groups of the 1960s, with hits such as "Itchycoo Park", "Lazy sunday", "All or nothing", "Tin soldier ” and his concept album Ogdens' nut gone flake.
