I turned a large pork roast into a delicious Italian inspired carnivore meal. This provided lots of leftovers to eat for the next several days.

Recipe:
Trim off fat from pork roast.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, crushed chili peppers, and Italian seasoning into a bowl and mix together.
Coat pork roast with the seasoning on both sides.
Make some tin foil balls and place them into the bottom of slow cooker.
Cook low and slow (approx 7 hrs).
Remove pulled pork from slow cooker, place meat on a cutting board. Drain juice from slow cooker.
Shred the pulled pork using forks. Go in opposite directions with the forks.
Place shredded pork back into slow cooker.
Add 3 table spoons of butter into a dish, melt in microwave.
Add 1 cup of parmesan cheese into the melted butter bowl.
Mix butter with parmesan cheese and pour over the shredded pork.
Cook low and slow again for approx 2 hrs allowing the butter/parmesan to absorb into the meat.
