Arabic Instrumental : Taqsim Oud/Samai Bayati

Samai Bayati el Aryan is a well known classical composition played all over the Middle-East and Turkey, set on the 10 beats rhythm called Samai Thaqil. Towards the end a lively 3 beat movement (Darj) enliven the composition. Here my own transcription and arrangement featuring the Oud and the flute Ney plus various percussion notably the Duff and the Riqq. Samai Bayati is preceded by an improvised prelude (Taqsim) on the Oud.
