Last Monticello Homes lots in Vintage Oaks, New Braunfels Tx

I talked to the sales rep for Monticello Homes yesterday and they were down to only one lot left. Its the lot they plan to build the Franklin Plan on. Its the same plan is their model home in Vintage Oaks. You will still have the opportunity to go to the design center and pick your features. This is as of early May 2022.
