Dr. Saleeby discusses Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and how LDN is an effective therapy when other fail. Using LDN as a first line intervention makes sense in situations such as this and with intestinal permeability or leaky gut. There is evidence published in the medical literature to support such interventions.
