Alzheimer's cases - situation is worrying.

Studies have shown that while some foods boost memory, others actually increase the risks for Alzheimer's disease.

These same foods are linked to other serious health issues, making it much more important to limit or remove them from your diet.

In 10 years, Brazil will have a population over 60 years of age of almost 24 million. In 2027, there will be 2.4 million elderly people over 80 years old.

The problem is that a very significant portion of these people will be prone to develop chronic diseases, including Alzheimer's disease, as pointed out by a study by the Brazilian Academy of Neurology (ABN).

It is estimated that the number of people suffering from the disease exceeds the number of 1 million cases.
