Silver and Gold are going to beat the dollar as stagflation nears! In a recent video I talked about an inflationary recession, or stagflation, could begin as soon as this summer. I believe silver and gold are going to beat the living daylights out of the dollar when stagflation officially starts. Our Gross Domestic Product or GDP--a key measure of our overall economic health--was down 1.4% for Q1 this year. Inflation shows no sign of stopping and there are several inflationary pressures threatening to push the cost of living much higher!

In this video I explain the three reasons why GDP drop and the looming threats to each of the components that make up the GDP. I review personal consumption (fueled by increasing levels of debt) and the related loss of consumer confidence, at-risk private investment and the coming collapse of the bond and stock market, businesses selling off excess inventory and their fear of a recession, out of control government spending, and the growing trade deficit.

I believe the gold and silver prices are going higher and that current silver and gold prices, relative to historic norms, are cheap! I stack silver and gold to hedge against our debt-fueled, fiat currency-based economy that I am convinced is nearing the end of the road!
