It's pretty common for furniture flippers to be frustrated with stenciling. The main issue is bleeding under the stencil due to having too much paint on your brush.

But there are things you can do to help get a successful outcome. One part of every technique, a very important part, is what you do BEFORE stenciling. At the end you'll find a tip about how to get a perfectly coordinating paint for your motif.
