Whats up everybody. And welcome to another Smoke With Toke video. Today I come to you with another great topic. Customer service. I break down a situation where a company reached out to me personally to handle a bad experience with their cigars. It was a phenomenal showing of support and confidence in their company how they handled the situation. I will forever be a consumer of their cigars, just on how they handled the situation. Personally, I dont care if you have the best product on the planet. If your customer service is terrible, so are your products. So I will be sharing with you that experience and showing what was done to alleviate the problem. I will also show and tell you guys about an order I received from, take a guess!! LOL You got it, Privada Cigar Club!!

And today stars something Im gonna start doing. Its something I've been doing at home. But will now start making videos of it. Its called "Cuban Thursday's"!! Every Thursday, I'm gonna break out one of my favorite Cubans and make a video on a specific topic.
