This video is created specifically for soothing and relaxing. We aim to help you to relax and gain emotional strength.

Welcome to Ponderation Sounds!
We highly recommend listening with headphones 🎧 for the best sound therapy experience. 🎶💆‍♀‍💆‍♂‍🎶 With anxiety and tension so prevalent in many of our lives, we felt it was time we created another space to hold room for you to process them.

This is your opportunity to release any discomfort, tension, or anxiety you might be experiencing as these gentle sounds move their way through you. So, take some time, relax, sleep, and reduce your stress levels.

Our intention is to make some videos that would serve a wider audience and explore more immersive techniques that promote relaxation, sleep, and stress relief. In addition, we wanted to create an environment, paired with beautiful music, that would help people switch off from their daily stresses.

We have lots of ideas for future content, and we are excited to develop more for you! We love to get feedback, so please leave us feedback in the comments!

With so much pain and fear happening globally, we feel it is more important than ever to create something that can help our hearts cope. So, we wrote our own sounds with love and intention as our guide.

This episode was designed with soft, smooth melodic rhythms to create a sense of internal healing. We hope you can enjoy these beautiful sounds and allow your body to absorb the vibrations that merge with your well-being.
