Psalm 19:1 speaks of the evidence of Design as the honest observer will recognize and confess the glory of the Lord's handywork in the Heavens. That is the basis of the Teleological Argument. Our Universe was designed with amazing intricacy (even in a fallen state, it remains amazingly intricate!) and it is unreasonable to claim that such Design does not require a Designer.
