Late-night deal underwriting. In this video, I underwrite multiple deals that my agents are looking to close on. I have never seen these deals and this is all being done on the fly. Like I always say if you underwrite enough deals you'll be able to do a back of napkin analysis in your head. Follow along and write it out and take notes.
