Desert Gypsy - World Music Fusion

An original composition in the Afghan popular music style in 6/8 and 7/8, played on the Afghan Robab, the Indian Sitar, the Turkish Saz Cura, the traditional French Bagpipe and reed flutes, the Indian Tabla, Ghatam and Morchang and the Iranian Tombak.
The visuals include rare video footage and photos of the Kuchis nomadic life style plus, in the background, some beautiful reproductions of the famous hand-woven traditional Afghan carpets.
