Train Through The Heartland

For over thirty years, the small tight-knit community of Ardmore, located on South Bend IN's west side, has been the unfortunate target of greed; fearing extradition from their home's, this small band of citizens have successfully fought the acquisition of their properties by the South Shore Railroad not only once, but twice. Beginning with a brief overview of this history of the historic rail-line, 'Train Through The Heartland' pays homage to the underdog tale; a story that proves peacefully standing up for one's rights and homes can be successful.
