I've been wanting to change up my lifestyle, eating habits and clean up my digestion and general health. After I read the book "The Prime" by Dr. Kulreet Chaudhary, I was fascinated by the ancient medicine of Ayurveda. I knew Vibha from another wellness center we both practice at, and had a consultation with her. Since I've put into practice the changes she recommended, I've definitely noticed a difference in my overall health and especially, awareness of how my body feels.
