Good evening and thanks for checking out this video, this video was actually pretty uneventful except for the massive personal best Snakehead I caught using my LEWS Mach II on a Strike King spinner blade with a Keitech trailer. This was absolutly my (PB) personal best snakehead, this thing was a dragon. It was at least 10 pounds although I didnt have a scale to weigh this snakehead you can tell because I couldnt get my hands around it. Maryland is famous for our massive snakehead we have in our rivers and wild life refuge's. We fished one of the run off ponds on the Patapsco River where I have actually caught the vast majority of my Snakehead here in Maryland. The first place I looked was the creek that runs into the pond, I was fishing the Strike King spinner blade. I was slow rolling the spinner blade across the bottom of the pond, I knew there was a lay down in the creek and as soon as it hit the lay down boom. I was glad I had 20LB braid on my new rod which handled it well. When I saw this fish was by far my personal best I was really excited. Stay tuned for a long summer of content!
