VENGE! The game that "inspired" Poppy Playtime? (Or just a coincidence?)

Venge is a first-person horror game made by an independent creator named Ekrcoaster, which takes place in an abandoned studio that once produced a widely beloved children's television show about a cute happy frog named Lucy.
As you may probably know, there has been a lot of widespread rumors that Poppy Playtime had plagiarized/copied this game, although it's not entirely known for sure if that's true or not.
It's because of these rumors that Venge had recently been brought to more people's attention, as well as people often comparing it to Poppy Playtime.
With the recent release of Poppy Playtime Chapter 2, I thought it'd be a good time to stream this game and see how well it holds up in comparison, and of course to see if this game is truly as good as people say it is.
