IMO Vaccination-to-Appearance Delay is not a very good metric to prove throttling. For example, suppose someone gets a delayed reaction or a report is only filed to VAERS many months after vaccination. This shows VAERS is a very bad early warning system, but it is not proof of throttling.

The metric Entered-to-Appearance Delay *would* be the metric to look for if you want to lay the blame with VAERS, but unfortunately MedAlerts does not provide this query option, even in Expert Mode. If you are in contact with MedAlerts, perhaps you could ask them to add this query option?

To better approximate Entered-to-Appearance Delay, I selected your exact query, only using Onset-to-Appearance Delay. This produced 146,696 cases. That's still a huge number of cases.

Submission-to-Appearance Delay would be a better approximation, were it not for the fact that the submission field is left blank in many cases. Anyway, here are the results of queries using this metric:

"Found 5 cases where Submission-to-Appearance Delay is 150 to 550 days and Vaccine is COVID19"
(👆 One of these is a typo, see ID 1279615. This also seems to point to an error in MedAlerts. The person was vaxxed 2021-01-13 and the report submitted 2020-01-13.)

"Found 1,254,618 cases where Submission-to-Appearance Delay is 150 to 550 days or is unknown and Vaccine is COVID19"
