DIY Bed Set for IKEA Duktig Bed | Easy Sewing Project Tutorial

IKEA's Duktig Doll Bed has become a Pinterest and Instagram favorite not only for kids, but for pet owners. Recently, I bought one for my bunny J-Hop and decided to spruce up the basic bedding by sewing my own mattress and pillow.

Measurements:
^Mattress (1/2 inch seam allowance)
19.75 x 12.75 inches
Cut 2 of main fabric, 1 of polar fleece or batting inner layer
(alternatively, you could use thicker batting or 2 layers of fleece if you want a loftier mattress)
*Pillow (1/2 inch seam allowance)
10.5 x 6.5
inches
Cut 2 of main fabric
Scrap pieces of batting & Polyfil for stuffing

*Safety warning: Please be sure to supervise your pet around any textiles, and remove access if they tend to ingest fabric and other materials*
