This incredibly moist fat free carrot cake is a dessert able to linger in everyone’s mind at the first slice, absolutely everyone!
Trust me, even those who say they don't love carrot cake, or veggies in general, always end up eating this cake and loving it madly. 🍰 🤤

Carrot cake recipe🍴:

200 g hazelnuts
180 g carrots
140 g beet sugar or erythritol
50 g grapeseeds oil
a pinch of salt
150 g amaranth flour
16 g cremor tartar or yeast
140 g water (optional)
