Improvised Cooking: Salsa Verde with Green Everglades Tomatoes

Salsa verde #short Sometimes you have to improvise! I was so surprise at how bitter the green Everglades tomatoes were. I wound up adding 3 extra limes and honey to mellow it out. But it turned into a fantastic base for cooking. I used it in pulled pork, beef stew, and fried rice!
