In this episode, Fuquan starts renovations on this Irvington, NJ property.

We get to see as the renovations begin, through to the end of phase 1. The work done on the property includes an extensive interior gutting, reframing of the main floors and stairs, roofing, windows, and exterior siding.

The next objective: starting phase 2.
