1983年啟用，適逢市政局成立100週年，因而得名。
一座長形噴水池，6條希臘式石柱。
一個大型圓形噴水池是花園的icon。
Opened in 1983, it was the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the Urban Council, hence the name.
