Hong Kong's next chief executive, John Lee, was endorsed for the city's top job on Sunday by a committee stacked with pro-Beijing loyalists. Lee, who will be Hong Kong’s first leader with a police background, has pledged to reestablish the city’s image as an international city after after several years of political upheaval.
