Why I've been gone and what I've been doing | Moms Against the Mandatory Masking of Our Children

Such a long story, but here's the short of it.

Coronavirus hit

4 kids have been home with me ever since

Can't make Art cause there's no more Isopropyl Alcohol

Try and try to soldier on with BS Abstracts, but sadly, with the lack of necessary supplies, paired with an ongoing Battle with our School District, I no longer had the supplies or the time for BS Abstracts. Heartbroken

Coronavirus mask theater insues

Children continue to be forced to wear masks even outside, during gym, and all other in-person school time

Maximus is moving on to Kindergarten, but the mask mandate is still in effect. Currently, because he is in special needs pre-k, his teachers don't wear masks. This is necessary for Max especially because he is autistic and needs constant access to his teachers and peers faces, due to lack of eye contact.

The school gave him and IEP saying he would not have to wear a mask, but if the other students are all wearing masks, and the teacher is wearing a mask, then how will that work for Maximus. (We all know now kids are the spreaders and they aren't the ones at risk)

It is my responsibility to advocate for my children.

So with much detail left out , I started Moms Against the Mandatory Masking of Our Children (MAMMOC).

Here I am at the first school board meeting. We've had a great response so far, but we still need help getting the word out. #ColumbusGeorgia #ColumbusGA #Georgia #GA #MCSD #Muscogee County

After a year of feeling all alone, questioning everything only to endure a year of gaslighting, I'm done. Either we're in this together, or we're not. I'm not pointing fingers and I don't care who is to blame for what. We need to fix this nonsense now and unmask our children!

If you know of anyone that can help me with this fight please send them my way. If you would like to join our fight, click the link to our website. If you have won your fight and have lessons learned I'd love to hear.

Our Mayor just lifted the Mask Mandate (I personally have ignored for the last year), but chooses to still keep it in place for the Columbus Consolidated Government employees.

This means, the Superintendent of the MCSD here in Muscogee County, Georgia can absolutely choose to do the same.

After this years life experience I have little faith that this School District will actually "Follow the Science" (Like Nancy forcing Masking even after vaccination) or "Trust the Experts" (The Kingdom of the CDC has spoken yet magically our institutions no longer defer to them), and instead, I choose to fight back.

I want my rights back!

My child, my choice!
