Fake "Rights" Group CPJ Defends US-funded Propaganda in Myanmar

The Committee for the Protection of Journalists (CPJ) has recently “demanded” the Thai government not send back Myanmar citizens who illegally crossed over into Thailand and who worked for what they called the “independent” Democratic Voice of Burma media outlet.

This is a lie. DVB has been funded by the US government, the British government, and US-based Open Society for over two decades. There is nothing independent about it and it appears the CPJ - also funded by Open Society - is used to protect agents of Western interference working in the media just as Soros-funded Human Rights Watch is used to protect agents of Western interference working within fake, Western government-funded “NGOs.”

CPJ corporate funding includes tech giants like Facebook, Google, Twitter, Microsoft - Wall Street banks like Citi, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley - industry giants like Ford Motor Company and AT&T - and major Western corporate media outlets like the New York Times, Washington Post, Buzzfeed, Wall Street Journal, AP, Time Inc., Vice Media, NBC, CBS News, Disney, and Qatari-state media Al Jazeera.
